leadership

a natural leader empowering others to succeed.

I challenge orthodoxies, build strong teams, and facilitate progress that plays to everyone’s strengths in order to accomplish results.

I am gifted at curating synergistic spaces, convening people with shared interests and complementary skillsets to come together and make a difference. Above all else, I have a knack for creating programs and organizing forums for meaningful connection. I am motivated by relationships and love nothing more than harnessing the power of diverse backgrounds, skills, and personalities to solve big problems. From leading a network of young women in civic engagement and professional development to serving on the Board of Trustees of my alma mater, these are a few highlights of my leadership successes.

JEWISH WOMEN INTERNATIONAL

As president of JWI's D.C. Young Women's Impact Network, I’m featured in the organization’s eminence discussing the career- and community-building benefits of the Network and JWI's suite of women's leadership programming.

As a member of JWI’s Women’s Impact Summit task force, I helped plan our 2020 virtual conference that engaged members across geographies, age groups, and industries to raise more than $200,000 for the nonprofit organization.

words of my impact on jwi:

“I first met Mollie during an event for our Young Women’s Leadership Network. Mollie was moderating a panel of three of the authors of Yes, She Can, a compilation of essays from young women who had worked at the Obama White House. I was impressed by her intelligence, thoughtfulness, and poise, as well as the way she deftly managed the flow of the conversation. Later in the evening, she further surprised me by adroitly suggesting a way in to a communal partnership I had not previously seen. With her advice, we were able to subsequently secure not only the partnership, but the grant we were seeking for the project.”
